The course aims to develop knowledge about the impact of IOT and ubiquitous computing on society, on customer experience and ‘liquid’ customer behaviour, to build a 'digital marketing mindset', to develop basic competencies and skills to design customer-centric services, within Digital Transformation strategies and knowledge of ethical issues in Marketing
