I'm Andrea Coletta, an AI researcher at Bank of Italy with a strong passion for data and economic systems. I obtained a PhD in Computer Science from La Sapienza, University of Rome, and in the last years I've been working at the intersection of AI/ML and Finance, specializing in Generative AI, including GANs and Diffusion Models.

During my research career I pubblished 25+ scientific papers, with several of them featured at prestigious conferences like NeurIPS, ICML, INFOCOM, IROS, and ICAIF.

I like teaching and sharing my knowledge and expertise in AI and finance. My current interests lie in understanding economic systems and simulating their behavior. I'm enthusiastic about the endless possibilities that AI offer in deciphering the complexity of economic systems.
