Per accedere alle aule virtuali è necessario essere autenticati sull'applicazione WebEx Meetings attraverso l’account Luiss.
Se non siete autenticati, riceverete un messaggio "Puoi partecipare alla riunione una volta ammesso dall'organizzatore" oppure "You can join the meeting after the host admits you": quello sta a significare che l'account non è configurato correttamente e non vi sarà possibile accedere.
Se WebEx è configurato correttamente, invece, riuscirete ad entrare immediatamente nell'aula.
Non è sufficiente aver eseguito l'accesso su Luiss Learn, occorre configurare WebEx. Leggi di seguito come fare.
Invitiamo studenti e docenti a verificare di essere in possesso delle corrette credenziali Luiss.
Vi invitiamo inoltre a controllare che la vostra applicazione di WebEx Meetings sia correttamente connessa al vostro account Luiss.

I docenti ed i collaboratori che non hanno un account Luiss possono richiederlo a questo link. In caso invece l’account sia già attivo e occorra un reset della password perché dimenticata o non funzionante, si può compilare il form per richiedere il reset, accessibile a questo link.

In order to access the virtual rooms, an authentication on WebEx using your Luiss account is necessary.
If you are not logged in, you will receive a message "You can join the meeting after the host admits you": that means that the account is not configured correctly and you will not be able to log in.
