How can I get an account to enter the platform?

Answer:

It is necessary to have an account such as name.surname@studenti.luiss.it.

Following the procedure described at http://account.luiss.it:

  • for freshmen who have not done it yet, it will be possible to create their own LUISS account;
  • for students with an account "matricola@luiss.it", it will be possible to update it.

Once the procedure for updating the account has been completed, it will no longer be possible to access the http://elearning.luiss.it platform, but only the http://learn.luiss.it one.

How can I log into the http://learn.luiss.it platform?

You can log into the platform using email credentials such as "name.surname@studenti.luiss.it".

Question:

I can no longer access the old e-learning platform (http://elearning.luiss.it). How can I get the teaching materials of a course placed in the old platform?

Answer:

It is advisable to contact the reference teacher, who may have already uploaded the material on the new platform and can proceed to enrol the students in the course.

Question:

I have an account with name.surname@studenti.luiss.it format but I can't neither enter the platform, nor use the University network or e-mail

In this case it is advisable to contact helpdesk@luiss.it to check the account.

Question:

My account is ID@luiss.it. Can I enter the http://learn.luiss.it platform?

The students with the old account (ID@luiss.it) can only access the old platform (http://elearning.luiss.it) but not the new one, while the students with the new account (name.surname@studenti.luiss.it) can only access the new platform (http://learn.luiss.it) but not the old one.

Question:

On my "Home" it is not listed a course of the current semester. What can I do?

Answer:

In this case it is necessary to send a request to the teaching professor asking for the enrollment in the course.
The procedure for enrolling new students is contained in the FAQs for Teachers.

Why can't I log with my new credentials into the old elearning platform (http://elearning.luiss.it)?

Answer:

As mentioned on the home page of the old e-learning platform, once the process of updating your account is completed, it is no longer possible to access the http://elearning.luiss.it platform.

Some contents have been transferred from the old platform to the new one, it is therefore advisable to contact the reference teacher.
